Frequently Asked Questions.

When do I receive my order?

After the order has been placed, we aim to pack this on the same day. You can expect to receive your order on day 2 or day 3.

How long do I have to exchange an item? 

We accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of the delivery of your product. If the product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns 365 days after delivery. 

Where should I return my order?

Please send your product to Walkies & Woofs, Unit 2, Avondale Business Park, Avondale Road, Fleet. Hampshire. GU51 3FL.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of the postage, unless the product is faulty or damaged. We will process returns as quickly as possible.

Can I see, touch and feel your products? 

We don’t have a physical shop yet, although we do hope to soon! You can find us at local markets and events – we post these on our social media pages, and you are welcome to come and see some of the products we sell. Alternatively, get in touch and I can always bring a product or an order to an event.
